Preparation of ZnWO4/graphene composites and its electrochemical properties for lithium-ion batteries

ZnWO4/graphene anode materials were prepared by a sol-gel method. The structured features of these anode materials were analyzed by XRD, while their morphologies were characterized by TEM and SEM. The electrochemical performances of ZnWO4/graphene were investigated by galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements, cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) tests. The results showed that the first cycles of the reversible specific capacity of ZnWO4/graphene composite materials may reach 695 mAhg?1 at 50 mAg?1. The performance tests of rate showed that ZnWO4/graphene is suitable for high-current charge and discharge.
