Y. lipolytica significantly controlled postharvest blue decay of grapes. Y. lipolytica inhibited spores germination and diameter extension of T. rugulosus. Y. lipolytica rapidly colonized the wounds of grapes at 25 °C or 4 °C. Basic metabolism of T. rugulosus was suppressed by Y. lipolytica.
