A new test method for fatigue limit is proposed using Monte-Carlo simulations. Variable stress step sizes can be used in this method. No need to pair observations for this method. Probabilistic fatigue limits can be determined by using fewer specimens. The method is flexible in test, particularly for the large scattering data.
