The effects of fertilizers on yield was ranked as N > P2O5 > K2O. The effects of fertilizers on amylopectin/total starch ratio was ranked as N > K2O > P2O5. Yield and amylopectin/total starch ratio increased and then decreased with increase of N, P2O5, and K2O. The optimal fertilization measure was 262.29–324.30 kg ha−1 N, 114.07–139.26 kg ha−1 P2O5, and 230.22–369.28 kg ha−1 K2O.
