This study identified 1.66, 3.07 and 3.36 × 104 unique lncRNAs from three cDNA libraries. A total of 83 lncRNAs displayed significant differential expression in DKAs-exposure treatments. plk3 and syt10, co-regulated by the 3 identified lncRNAs, were screened out and verified by ISH in liver and spleen. Histopathological observations demonstrated that DKAs-exposure led to obvious damage to hepatic and spleen tissues.
