Two rules of influence of the DG integration on direction-judgment have been proposed. Key credibility indexes have been defined to quantify the reliability of direction-judgment. An IPSO algorithm has been proposed to make the decision-making for the TVDS location. The proposed approach has advantages of high accuracy and fault tolerance.
