Dengue virus prM antibody did not cross-react with JEV. Anti-DENV prM and anti-JEVpr/DENV-M showed broad cross-reactivity with the four DENV serotypes and immature DENV2. Anti-prM antibody-mediated ADE can be prevented by replacing the DENV pr peptide with that of JEV.
