文摘

A review based on 10 studies on neurotrophic factors (NFs) and exercise was conducted

NFs act directly or indirectly on neuroprotection.

BDNF and GDNF directly regulate tyrosine hydroxylase synthesis.

VEGF and IGF-1 act indirectly, regulating blood supply and synaptic activity.

Voluntary and forced exercises promote positive influence by NFs upregulation.
