Two coal-to-SNG processes are modeled and simulated detailed. Techno-economic performance of the two coal-to-SNG is conducted and compared. The BGL process shows better performances on exergy efficiency, investment and production cost, compared with Lurgi process. The BGL process brings a development direction for coal-to-SNG industry.
