New chiral HPLC separation method applicable for a broad spectrum of NPDs. A Lux® Cellulose-2 column was used in polar organic phase mode. 40 psychoactive compounds were separated into their enantiomers, successfully. Analysis of real life samples seized by Austrian police. All tested compounds are traded as racemic mixtures.
