Well-defined interfaces between BFO and BKNT layers were observed. The excellent piezoelectric properties and clear ferroelectric domains are obtained. The composite films exhibit strong magnetoelectric effect at room temperature. Thus magnetoelectric properties are attributed to similar perovskite structure.
