The oriented PZT/LSMO/LNO film was deposited by CSD onto Si substrate. LNO layer promoted the orientation and columnar growth of overlying layers. Oriented film exhibited the better ferromagnetic and ferroelectric properties. Using LNO as a bottom electrode resulted in the better ferroelectric properties. The oriented PZT/LSMO/LNO film exhibited a good magnetoelectric effect.
