A technology is proposed for developing runtime reconfigurable telecommunication applications. The CREATE and DELETE runtime-reconfiguration commands are handled automatically by the RSCM subagent. Provisioning the development of manageable software libraries with built-in CREATE and DELETE runtime-reconfigurability. Providing a mechanism for safe and almost immediate deletion of managed objects. Supporting inheritance relation among managed objects in the configuration file. Providing a mechanism for modular/component-based design of the XML schema during development of software components. Each component is accompanied with its own XML schema. Complete handling of the configuration file by the RSCM subagent.
