Malathion degradation did with higher concentration at 300 mg/L. RE, EC and inlet loading rate >90%, 7.20–145.4 and 36–216 mg/l day. Bacillus sp. S4 was efficient species for Malathion biodegradation. Growth and inhibition study were done using Monod and Andrew-Haldane model.
