AChE insensitivity to insecticides is arranged descendingly as; methomyl > carbofuran > acetamiprid > oxamyl > malathion. The susceptibility of AChEs towards methomyl & carbofuran is several folds less than those reported for different insects. Anti-AChE could be valuable tool to evaluate insecticide-tolerant nematodes.
