High-throughput MALDI-MS based quantitative targeted glycomics (HT MALDI-MS QTaG) is a 96-well plate platform for total N-glycan analysis. HT MALDI-MS QTaG method enables to simultaneously handle a number of samples with good reproducibility. The 96-well filter plate (10-kDa cut-off) is a good alternative to the conventional chromatographic purification process. HT MALDI-QTaG method can be applied into clinical diagnosis and development of biopharmaceutical products.
