The Root Pulp is a Maturity Marker of growth of the Lower Third Molar. The Root Pulp decreases in visibility with increasing age. There are four stages namely RPV-A, RPV-B, RPV-C, RPV-D. Stages RPV-C and RPV-D provide irrefutable evidence of age >18 years.
