Magnetic and structural studies of Fe1 − xMnxFe2O4 are investigated. Simple co-precipitation method involving less energy and low-cost is used. Superparamagnetic particles with high magnetization and low coercivity are obtained. The highest amount of MTX loading is related to S-Fe0.3Mn0.7Fe2O4-Cs-PEG-PA-MTX (1:1).
