The working alliance between homeless young adults and workers was investigated. Focus was the affective bond as an important facet of the working alliance. Homeless young adults and workers perceive their working alliance differently. Homeless young adults' perceived working alliance is related to achieve outcomes. A stronger working alliance is associated with improved self-determination.
