The acidic constants of tetrafluoro-p-hydroquinone have been determined experimentally. UV–vis spectroscopy with the application of Chemometrics are employed to determine the second acidic constant. The experimental values are reported as pKa1 = 6.4 and pKa2 = 10.0. The theoretical values (pKa1 = 6.3 and pKa2 = 9.4) are in good agreement with the experiments.
