Pt-Ir/IrO2-PtO2 is prepared by combination of Ir-doped Pt with Pt-doped IrO2. Pt-Ir/IrO2-PtO2 has an overlapping structure with interlayer coupling. Pt-Ir/IrO2-PtO2 has 81.4%, 45.5% higher ORR/OER activities than Pt/IrO2. Pt-Ir/IrO2-PtO2 exhibits remarkable ORR and OER durabilities in life tests.
