No previous work has addressed the effects of inosine as functional nutrients for Seriola dumerili. Fish growth performances were improved by dietary inosine administration. Enhancement of Seriola dumerili immune responses by inosine supplementation Enhancement of antioxidant status and intestinal health condition of Seriola dumeril. The optimal levels of dietary inosine for Serioladumerili ranged between 0.54 and 0.67% in the diet.
