Selective and sensitive determination of As(III) and tAs in Chinese herbal medicine samples using L-cysteine modified carbon paste electrode-based electrolytic hydride generation and AFS analysis
We develop a novel modified electrode-based EHG-AFS for the selective determination of higher toxicity of As(III). The response of As(III) from CMCPE could be increased at least two-fold compared to conventional graphite or lead electrode. The electron transfer pathway or rate has changed due to the formation of As-S bond.
