We synthesized CaMoO4: Tb3+, Sm3+ phosphor with a simple precipitation method. The emitting color of phosphors could be tuned by the concentration of Tb3+/Sm3+. The emitting color of same sample by different excitation wavelengths is different. The energy transfer mechanism from Tb3+ to Sm3+ was confirmed.
