m-Diethynylbenzene (m-DEB) was used for the first time as a precursor in the synthesis of ordered mesoporous carbons(OMCs). The obtained OMCs showed similar order with the template and had large specific area. The obtained OMCs showed more high order compared with sucrose carbon.
