Both MSSA and MRSA were highly susceptible to all anti-MRSA agents. Excluding tedizolid and linezolid, the anti-MRSA agents were bactericidal. Differences in bactericidal activity were evident between the lipoglycopeptides. Oritavancin exhibited the most rapid killing at standard inoculum density. Only oritavancin and daptomycin exhibited rapid killing at high inoculum density.
