Oral toxicity of DvSnf7 RNA was evaluated in mice following 28-days of dosing. DvSnf7 RNA did not produce any treatment-related effects on toxicology parameters. The NOAEL for DvSnf7 RNA was 100 mg/kg/day, the highest dose tested. DvSnf7 RNA had no 21-mer sequence matches to human or mouse transcripts. DvSnf7 RNA is safe at doses millions of times higher than estimated human exposures.
