Online delivery of SHAPES-D to preschool teachers was at least as effective as in-person delivery of SHAPES. Translating and adapting an effective intervention that used in-person delivery for an online format has the potential for broader dissemination and greater reach and public health impact. The SHAPES-D study may be the first structural intervention to monitor change agent dose received through web metrics.
