SrF2:Eu3+ doped tellurite glass ceramics have been successfully synthesized. Eu3+ ions incorporation into the SrF2 nanocrystals has been confirmed. Luminescence enhancement of Eu3+ for glass ceramics has been observed. Longer lifetimes of Eu3+ were obtained for glass ceramics.
