New piezometric and voltammetric immunosensors for the detection of protein survivin (Sur) have been developed.
The proposed sensors are based on positive potential barrier self-assembled monolayer and covalently bonded monoclonal anti-survivin antibody.
A low limit of detection of 1.7 nM Sur (S/N=3σ) has been achieved.
The piezoimmunosensor discriminates well against nonspecific interactions with UM-87 MG cell lysate components, providing high measurement specificity for Sur.
