Dothideomycetes were the main decomposers at the beginning of litter decomposition. Sordariomycetes were major contributors to SOM decomposition in secondary forests. Agaricomycetes contributed to soil nutrient cycling in larch plantations. Forest conversion decreased the relative abundance of copiotrophic bacteria.
