An experimental study of enhanced condensation within a 800 μm microchannel heat sink. This study proposes a novel condensate drainage microchannel design for enhancement. The micro drainage design can effectively remove condensate alongside the microchannel. The HTC is augmented around 5–20% and the frictional pressure gradient is reduced by 10–20%. The design outperforms conventional design for all inclinations.
