Nanofluid and location of heater affect heat transfer significantly. Maximum temperature of microchannel heat sink varies with location of heaters. Maximum surface temperature is lower when heaters are placed upstream of the flow. Nanofluid effectiveness in microchannel is studied in non-uniform heating condition.
