We propose a method that utilizes ISM with an array detector and the radially polarized light to enhance resolution and SNR simultaneously. The resolution of this method is enhanced by 7% compared with that in conventional ISM, and is 1.54-fold higher than that in LSCM with a 1AU pinhole. The peak intensity of effective PSF of this method with a 1AU detection area is 1.54-fold higher than that in confocal microscopy with a 1AU pinhole.
