A quasi-counter flow parallel-plate membrane channel with cooling tubes (QCPMCC) is employed.

Laminar flow and heat transfer in the QCPMCC for liquid desiccant air dehumidification are studied.

The mean (fRe) and Nusselt number (Num) are then calculated.

Effects of the Reynolds numbers (Re) and channel structures on the (fRe)m and Num are analyzed.
