Sheet-like Fe/C nanocomposites were synthesized by a two-step method. A precursor was prepared through solution combustion synthesis. Fe/C nanocomposites were obtained via hydrogen reduction of the precursor. Fe/C nanocomposites consist of iron nanoparticles and amorphous carbon.
