Metamorphic P-T-t path retrieved from metapelites in the southeastern Taihua metamorphic complex, and the Paleoproterozoic tectonic evolution of the southern North China Craton
Clockwise P-T path was retrieved from the Wugang metapelites. Zircon U-Pb age and biotite 40Ar/39Ar age confirm a ca. 1.93–1.83 Ga metamorphism. A long-lived Paleoproterozoic metamorphic event may define a slow exhumation process. Our data show that Taihua complex may be not a continuous part of the TNCO.
