We investigated the thermal characteristics of a radiant panel heating system. We studied the effects of panel setup and shape on heat-discharge characteristics. Large air-contact-area radiant panel has high convective heat transfer property. To increase the radiative heat transfer, a single-sheet type panel is more useful. Radiant panel design must be considered to investigate its thermal characteristics.
