文摘
Eriocheir sinensis, is a native crustacean playing an important role in Chinese crustacean aquaculture. 28–30 °C is the optimal water temperature for the growth and molting of juvenile Chinese mitten crab. The IP of E. sinensis is shortened significantly with increasing water temperature while the MI is hardly correlated with it. Daily food intake as a percentage of body weight are 2.9%, 3.5%, 5.4% and 5.6% at 18, 22, 28 and 30 °C, respectively.
