LSS-induced cancer cell motility and adhesion rely on Cav-1-associated mechanisms. LSS increases the Cav-1-mediated the assembly of stress fibers. LSS activates the Cav-1-mediated FAK/Src and ROCK/p-MLC pathways. Cav-1 participates in LSS-induced cell focal adhesion dynamics.
