Burning of a pool fire with the presence of a metallic cylinder in the liquid and flame zone. Boiling regimes on the surface of the cylinder are the main controlling parameters. The mathematical model investigates the coupling between heat and mass transfer. Enhancement in MLR of pool fire by static fins immersed in the flame and the liquid.
