Tb-doped germanium borosilicate glass was used as magnetic particles. Magnetic particles were modified by electrostatic adsorption using graphene oxide (GO). Bridge-fibers in the network of paper were formed because of functional groups on surface of magnetic particles. The mechanical properties of papers increased with the increment of GO concentration.
