The oscillatory behavior of beam-type N/MEMS under the vdW force has been studied using the HAM. The HAM has also been optimized for cases subjected to very large amplitudes of vibrations. The behavior of the frequency–voltage graph (being descending or ascending) has been studied. A criterion for predicting the behavior of the frequency–voltage graph has been presented.
