Dynamic Relaxation method is employed to compute the structural buckling limit load.

By imposing the work increment of the external forces to zero, the load factor is found.

The proposed formula only requires the fictitious parameters of the DR scheme.

To verify the suggested algorithm, various geometric nonlinear analyses are performed.

The authors' method can successfully estimate the buckling limit load of structures.
