Inline image analysis technique is applied to the monitoring of concrete mixing. Technique based on the evolution of the texture of pictures taken at the surface of the paste during mixing. The evolution of the texture allows obtaining important information on the evolution of the different pastes. The method proves to be very robust for a large range of formulations.
