We describe bone eroding giant aneurysm expansion in a “snapshot” manner. The vector of expansion is parallel to the peak erosive process. This “pseudotumoral” behavior is not characteristic of vascular arterial lesions. The case sheds light on atypical aneurysm growth pattern.
