Sexual aspergilli were overwhelming in strawberries (99% of the heat-resistant mycobiota). Talaromyces spp. prevailed in lemon cells (73% of the heat-resistant mycobiota). Penicilli and Neosartorya spp. prevailed in blueberries (71% of the heat-resistant mycobiota). T. bacillisporus (glucose solution): D82 = 60.9′; D85 = 15.5′; D88 = 4.1′; D91 = 1.2′; z = 5.2 °C T. trachyspermus (glucose solution): D75 = 50.0′; D78 = 13.2′; D80 = 5.1′; D82 = 1.6′; z = 4.7 °C
