Development of magnetic prednisolone microcapsules (MPC). Physicochemical, pharmaceutical and magnetic properties of MPC were characterized. Multiple layers of alternative polyelectrolytes prolonged prednisolone release time. MPC is capable for targeted and sustained release rheumatoid arthritis therapy.
