PAHs associated with fugitive PM10 were characterized in iron and steel plant.

Found high levels of PM10 & PAHs at sinter unit; lower levels at steel making unit.

Higher LMW- and MMW-PAH at coking unit while HMW-PAH were dominant in other units.

Carcinogenic and mutagenic potencies were higher at sinter unit.

BaP and DbA were the most contributing compounds to total-BaP-TEQ.
