Diagnostic accuracy of CT for detection of myocardial fibrosis were evaluated. We compared the frequency of LE on CT with CMR in various myocardial diseases. Diagnostic accuracy of CT for LE was relatively higher on patient-based analysis. But diagnostic accuracy of CT was limited on segment-based analysis. The inter-observer agreement on CT was significantly lower than that on CMR.
